Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition you received it

In its original packaging

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, please contact our support team at support@golfwithping.com with your order number and reason for return.

 Please do not send your item back without prior authorization — it may not be processed.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 days, please check with your bank or credit card company — sometimes it takes additional time for the refund to be posted.


 Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully inspect all items before shipping, but if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@golfwithping.com with:

A brief description of the issue

Your order number

Clear photos showing the defect or damage

We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Gift cards

Downloadable digital products

Final sale or clearance items
