Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take an additional 1–2 days — we’ll always notify you if there’s any significant delay.

Estimated delivery times:

USA & Canada: 7–12 business days

UK & Europe: 8–14 business days

Australia & New Zealand: 8–15 business days

Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Shipping Charges

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $50 USD.

Orders below $50 may have a small shipping fee calculated at checkout based on your location.

 Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your package in real time.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

 International Shipping & Customs

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by their country.

GolfWithPing is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

 Lost or Delayed Packages
